Philosophy of Care
As a pediatrician I am honored to play a role in helping children grow into healthy adults. I treat every patient as a unique individual and strive to provide patient centered care. I welcome questions and feel that educating families about disease processes as well as normal development is an essential part of pediatric care. I enjoy interacting with families and look forward to developing lifelong relationships with my patients and their caregivers.
Dr. Nzerem-Johnson's clinical interests include preventative care, mental health issues, obesity and weight management. She is also interested in helping families navigate through the multiple psychosocial factors that can contribute to illness. She welcomes foster care children and LGBT patients and families.
