Electrical power is back on at UC Davis Medical Center and all its facilities after an interruption in a SMUD power feed this morning. The hospital and clinics went to back-up power for a brief period this morning, but regular power was restored by 10:15 a.m. All facilities and services are resuming normal operations. In the interest of patient safety, some procedures and appointments were cancelled or rescheduled this morning. Patients who have afternoon appointments should plan to keep their appointments unless they were otherwise notified. Patients who have any questions should call their clinic or physician's office.
