W. Darrin Clouse, M.D.

Clinical/Research Interests
Dr. Clouse specializes in vascular and endovascular surgery, including open surgical reconstruction and endovascular therapies for diseases of the abdominal and thoracic aorta, renal and mesenteric arteries, aortic arch branch vessels, carotid and vertebral arteries, and the extremity vessels. He is a decorated active duty USAF surgeon and is the consultant to the Air Force Surgeon General for the specialty. He is internationally recognized for his work on aortic disease, and the management of vascular trauma. He has written numerous journal articles and book chapters and lectures at national and international meetings. His clinical interests include open and endovascular therapies for aortic, aortic branch, and cerebrovascular disease.
