Malathi Srinivasan

Clinical/Research Interests

I have been privileged to serve our diverse patient population, in both inpatient and outpatient settings. As a physician and medical educator, I strive to promote best practices in medicine, through compassionate, evidence-based care. I believe that partnership between patients and physicians is essential to achieving the best possible health outcomes. My special interests are in doctor-patient communication around challenging topics, such as palliative care, mental health and medical genetics. Additionally, I work to improve physician competency in these and other areas, through curriculum development, evaluation, and individualized feedback.
