Philosophy of Care

I worked part-time as a respiratory therapist during medical school and enjoyed pulmonary medicine, leading me to make it my specialty. I deal with patients as a whole, not just with a single problem. I also strive to be empathetic to patients in need and to incorporate humor into my interaction with them. The ability of patients to feel comfortable with the physician who is taking care of them is most important for establishing and maintaining good health.
