Basic Science which includes Autoimmunity, Lymphoma, Epstein-Barr virus infection in patients with inflammatory diseases, Mucosal immunity and HIV infection, Changes in colonic biota in patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease, and Molecular profiling in patients with pancreatic neoplasia; and,

Clinical Science which includes Therapy of inflammatory bowel disease, Diagnosis and palliation of biliary and pancreatic neoplasia, Evaluation and treatment of strictures in patients with Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Effects of 6 MP methylation in the management of patients with IBD, Clinical outcomes in patients evaluated by capsule endoscopy, Effects of diet in patients with IBD.
