Philosophy of Care

I chose pediatrics as my specialty because I like kids -- I enjoy their spontaneity and honesty, and the challenge of keeping them happy. I approach my practice with a warm, caring attitude and a devotion to high-quality care. I make a special effort to be available when my patients need me. Encouraging patients to practice preventive health care methods and keep their immunizations up to date are two ways in which I help them to maintain their good health. My goal is also to give my patients truly personalized care and attention, and treat them the way I would want to be treated. I feel that UC Davis Medical Group offers excellent, comprehensive health care. There is a real sense of purpose with which we serve the community.
