Clinical/Research Interests

Peter B. Salamon's expertise in pediatric orthopaedics includes diagnosis and treatment of problems with the hips and upper and lower extremities, as well as surgery. His research interests focus on adolescent cavovarus foot problems, pediatric forearm fractures, metaphyseal cysts in Legg-Calve-Perthes disease.

Philosophy of Care:
I treat children's orthopaedic problems, a practice that encompasses problems with the hips, lower and upper extremities. I make myself available for any pediatric orthopaedic patient and take great pride in the personal attention I offer the patients who are under my care.

I am using the Ponseti method in treating club feet with great success.
