Dr. Soulier is the program director of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Training Program at UC Davis. He is board certified in general psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry. His clinical areas of interest include juvenile forensic psychiatry, telemedicine, and family therapy.
