To be eligible for entry into the psychosomatic medicine fellowship training program, the applicant must have completed a four-year ACGME accredited training program in general psychiatry or an approved program that combines general and child and adolescent psychiatry.

The application process requires the following:

• A completed application form 
• A personal statement of one to two pages in length
• Three letters of recommendation from psychiatrists familiar with your work and a letter from your general or subspecialty residency training program director
• A copy of your medical school transcript and diploma
• A copy of your current medical license
• A curriculum vitae
