Psychosomatic medicine fellowship application information
To be eligible for entry into the psychosomatic medicine fellowship training program, the applicant must have completed a four-year ACGME accredited training program in general psychiatry or an approved program that combines general and child and adolescent psychiatry.
The application process requires the following:
- A completed application form
- A personal statement of one to two pages in length
- Three letters of recommendation from psychiatrists familiar with your work and a letter from your general or subspecialty residency training program director
- A copy of your medical school transcript and diploma
- A copy of your current medical license
- A curriculum vitae
