Medicine and Psychiatry Advisory Group
The Medicine and Psychiatry Advisory Group (MAP) is a collaborative initiative among interested faculty and residents from the Departments of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, Family and Community Medicine, and Internal Medicine with the purpose of exploring the interface between general medicine and psychiatry. The group focuses on ways to foster innovative training opportunities for combined family and internal medicine/ psychiatry residents as well as psychosomatic medicine fellows. The MAP Advisory Group also produces scholarly work and develops research protocols that address the lack of knowledge in the areas of general medicine and psychiatry.
