Pool therapy
Pool Therapy in our 4 foot deep, warm water pool is available to patients who benefit from the buoyant properties of water. In addition, we offer the following Community Pool Program:

Description
The UC Davis, Health System's "Keep it Moving" class is a recreational program conducted in a heated (90-94 ) indoor pool. The program provides an opportunity for persons with conditions such as arthritis and other
health problems to meet others with similar conditions, and to exercise in a fun, safe environment. Classes are 45 minutes long, twice a week.

Classes are offered at various times on Tuesday-Thursdays or Wednesday-Fridays.
