The patient is a 40-year-old Asian female status post right ovarian cystectomy and left salpingo-oophorectomy for seromucinous cystadenoma of the right ovary and mixed endometrioid and mucinous tumor of low malignant potential of the left ovary. She again returned to the operating room for total abdominal hysterectomy..
