D PERMIT HOLDERS WITH ELECTRONIC GATE ACCESS CARDS
If you have an electronic gate access card which allows you access into Parking Structure 1, Parking Structure 2, Lot 2 (Physician’s Lot) or Lot 4 patient parking area (D/4P) then you must exchange your permit in person.
Bring your permit and gate card (usually attached to your permit) at your appointed time and location below. YOU MUST RENEW ONLINE FIRST SO THAT YOUR NEW PERMIT WILL BE READY FOR PICKUP.
