All 2006-2008 payroll-deducted B, Resident B, D, Motorcycle, and Carpool parking permits expire June 30th. Dates and procedures for renewal vary by permit type. Please find your permit type below for further instructions.

June 23rd – July 31st

All B permit holders must renew on-line June 23rd – July 31st. New permits will be mailed to the address you provide at time of renewal. After you receive your permit, you must log back in and enter your new permit number to confirm receipt.

May 5th – May 30th

All D permit holders must renew on-line May 5th – May 30th. Unless you have an electronic gate access card, your new permit will be mailed to the address you provide at the time of renewal. If you do have a gate card, you will need to exchange your permit in person (see exchange schedule for times and locations). After you receive your permit, you must log back in and enter your new permit number to confirm receipt.

June 1st – June 30th

All Continuing Resident B permit holders must renew on-line June 1st – June 30th. New permits will be mailed to the address you provide at time of renewal. After you receive your permit, you must log back in and enter your new permit number to confirm receipt.

April 14th – May 30th

All Carpool permit holders will renew in the Parking Services office April 14th – May 30th. To renew, come in to the Parking Services office during the times shown. All members of your carpool must be present for renewal to take place. You will recieve your new permit at time of renewal.

June 23rd – July 31st

All Motorcycle permit holders will renew in the Parking Services office June 23rd – July 31st. To renew, come in to the Parking Services office during the times shown. You will recieve your new permit at time of renewal.

April 7th – April 30th

All departmental Courier, Volunteer, Courtesy, Temporary B and Temporary D permits will be renewed April 7th – April 30th. Please fax requests for renewal to the Parking Services office at 734-0600 prior to April 7th. Requests by interoffice mail will also be accepted. Your office will be notified once permit(s) are ready for pickup.
