Clinical/Research Interests

Dr. Sheth completed his residency in Anesthesiology at Columbia University in New York City and his fellowship in Pain Medicine at the University of California, Davis in Sacramento, CA.  He is board certified in both Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine.  As co-director of neuromodulation, much of his interest in pain medicine involves the mechanism of spinal cord stimulation and the treatment of persistent, neuropathic pain with spinal cord stimulation.  He also has an interest in furthering the field of evidenced-based pain medicine. Dr. Sheth's goal is to provide a safe, comprehensive approach to minimize pain.  He has published chapters in pain medicine textbooks and is actively involved in research projects involving low back and neck pain.
