Jill A. Haynes has served at UC Davis Medical Center since 1999 as a clinical aesthetician under the supervision of Jonathan M. Sykes, M.D., F.A.C.S., Director of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.  Travis T. Tollefson, M.D., F.A.C.S. joined their team in 2004.

Jill received her first license in 1979 and is licensed in both cosmetology and aesthetics.  Her honors include the “Certificate of Excellence & Achievement Incentive Award” from the UC Davis Health System and a “Top Ten in the Nation Award” from Obagi Medical Products. 

Jill is certified and highly trained in all aspects of clinical skin care and aesthetic treatments. 
Some of the skin care and aesthetic treatments Jill provides are the Obagi Blue Peel, Green Peel, 10% TCA Orange Peel and Silk Peel (dermal infusion microdermabrasion).  Jill also provides Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage for post-op healing as well as makeup artistry.

Recently, Jill received advanced paramedical training including several sessions in advanced "designer" peels and treatments.  Jill received an advanced certificate of instruction from Zein Obagi, M.D. and advanced certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage from the Dr. Vodder School of Instruction.  In addition to Jill's extensive training in aesthetic camouflage makeup, taught by Maurice Stein of Cinema Secrets - makeup to the stars, she also received training in Jane Iredale and GloMinerals makeup.

In order to renew and extend her clinical skills, Jill participates in the following meetings: The Society of Dermatology Skin Care Specialists, The Society of Plastic Surgical Skin Care Specialists and the Society of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Skin Care Specialists.  Jill also attends the International Congress of Esthetics, The International Trends in Aesthetic Facial Rejuvenation and The Face and Body Show.

Jill enjoys lending support to community events such as the Sacramento Magazine Women in Business, which supports breast cancer research.  She is also a strong leader who likes to support UC Davis events such as Staff Appreciation, Staff Diversity and Thank Goodness for Staff Day.
