Your Personal Access Code (PAC) is initially set to your birth date (mm/dd/yy). You may change this after your initial log on. If you need assistance, you may go to the Office of the University Registrar in 12 Mrak Hall. Office hours are Monday thru Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please be sure to take your photo ID with you.

Click the "LOGIN" icon located on the right. Once you are logged in, you will be able to check your grades from the "Administrative Functions" menu.

Unofficial transcripts may be ordered from the School of Medicine Registrars Office in Sacramento located at 4610 X Street, Suite 1208. These transcripts are signed, have the school of medicine seal and are sufficient for most scholarships and off campus electives. There is no charge for unofficial transcripts.
