It is the participants’ responsibility to assess their financial situation and to plan appropriately for the program. A completed FAFSA is required in order for students to be offered subsidized/unsubsidized federal loans and/or private loans for the academic year. Whether applicants are independent or dependent, we recommend that all parent information be completed on the FAFSA. Any participant who has been enrolled in postbaccalaureate course work one full year prior to the program is not eligible for federal aid. Students enrolled in the program will be working with the School of Medicine’s Financial Aid Office. Participants will receive financial aid counseling during the summer program in preparation for fall. Participants are required to submit all documentation requested by the financial aid office by the deadline(s) given. No exceptions will be made.
