Each quarter, after student fees and other outstanding charges are paid, financial aid refunds are prepared by the UC Davis Student Accounting office. Direct deposit is available, or contact Student Accounting to arrange for mailing of paper refund checks.

Financial Aid Refund Availability Dates (2007-08):
- Summer Quarter - June 28, 2007
- Summer: MPH and first-year medical students - August 2, 2007
- Fall Quarter - September 27, 2007
- Winter Quarter - January 7, 2008
- Spring Quarter - March 27, 2008 (Note: Spring fee payment deadline is March 24)
