Example #1:

“Michael deserves to be recognized for his dedication to professional governance. He is a valued member of the TNU leadership team, a clinical resource nurse on night shift, and a reliable charge nurse. Michael has chaired our Unit Based Practice Counsel for 3 years. He helped organize and implement multiple high quality poster presentations that showcased active TNU projects that he was also involved in! His projects and audits have positively affected outcomes on our unit. He is involved in several hospital wide committees (where he keeps the most impeccable minutes) and activities including the IV blood stream infection committee, wound care rounds, and TNU based audits. His follow-through is to be recognized because if Michael is involved in a project, you can count on his diligent effort and his dedication to see his commitments through to completion.”

Example #2:

“Marlene excels consistently, showing exemplary dedication to Davis 12 and Davis 12's UBPC. She serves as UBPC Co-Chair, Magnet champion, Fall champion, as well as helps with multiple quality improvement initiatives. She helped plan and execute our annual Skills Day last year as well as this year. She ensured we were on track with our peer review process, creating the forms and distributing them. She helped create the UBPC poster and presented it at the PGC day. She demonstrates professionalism in all ways, as well as dedication to professional growth, as she has begun her Master's degree at Betty Irene Moore. She is a role model, having earned her specialty certification, and continues to encourage others to get certified. She goes above and beyond regularly, standing out as an exceptional asset that we are lucky to have on our floor.”
