	Claire Pomeroy, M.D. is Vice Chancellor for Human Health Sciences at UC Davis and Dean of the UC Davis School of Medicine. She is an expert in infectious diseases and a professor of internal medicine and microbiology and immunology.
	Ann Madden Rice is the chief executive officer of UC Davis Medical Center in Sacramento. She is a nationally recognized expert in the financial management of health-care institutions.
	Thomas S. Nesbitt, M.D., M.P.H., Executive Associate Dean for Clinical and Administrative Affairs, is a professor in the Department of Family and Community Medicine who specializes in rural health and the use of advanced telecommunications technologies to improve access to medical education and care.
