"STRAW" PURCHASE GUN SALE
(a) The intended possessor gives money to the straw purchaser, who (b) puts it in his pocket. (c) The actual purchaser indicates the gun he wants-an AK47-type rifle with 2 extra magazines. (d) The straw purchaser completes the purchase application, while the actual purchaser looks on and (e) occasionally helps. (f) The vendor gets confirmation from the 30 National Instant Criminal Background Check System that the straw purchaser has passed the background check. (g) The straw purchaser pays for the gun, and (h) the intended possessor helps the clerk package the gun. (During this process the intended possessor became concerned that they were being observed. Shortly after the last photograph was taken, the gun was transferred to the straw purchaser to carry.)
