UC DAVIS CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL ANNOUNCES $1 MILLION GIFT TO ITS DIABETES, OBESITY PROGRAM

WHAT:

The Rumsey Indian Rancheria Community Fund and the UC Davis Children's Hospital will announce a $1 million gift from the Rumsey Indian Rancheria Community Fund to endow a chair for pediatric endocrinologist Dennis Styne that will enable him to further develop the hospital's diabetes clinic, which offers children and adolescents with diabetes a comprehensive approach to fighting the disease.
