Tara Rogers, Ph.D.

Tara Rogers is a postdoctoral researcher focusing on osteoporosis. She completed her Ph.D. in nutritional biology at University of California, Davis in 2015. Tara also has a Master’s in nutrition from the University of Illinois and worked as a registered dietitian in Phoenix before moving to California. Tara is currently working on the Bisphosphonate Drug Holiday study. In future projects, she plans to investigate the circadian rhythm of bone metabolism and the relationship between sleep and bone health.Outside of lab, Tara enjoys running, swimming, traveling and spending time with her dog.
