Currently, there are over 40 studies ranging from basic biological studies to treatment trials. As a research subject, you have a unique opportunity to help experts unlock the mysteries of neurodevelopmental disorders.
Typically developing children as well as those with a neurodevelopmental disorders are needed for these studies. You and your children can have fun while helping to make scientific breakthroughs. To become involved, here are a few simple steps:
- Click on the “sign up now” link.
- View studies, for which you or your children might be eligible, by selecting the appropriate age and diagnosis from the corresponding drop-down menus.
- Click on the links to view study descriptions and the option to sign up.
- If you do not qualify for any current studies, please sign up to be part of our database, the Subject Tracking System (STS). The STS database is a secure, voluntary database that houses the names of families interested in participating in research studies.
- If your family is not already part of STS, a packet of information will be mailed to your home.
- Once you complete it and return it, you will be entered in the database. As new studies are introduced, you may be contacted for studies for which your family might be eligible.
