Dr. Yukari Takarae is an Assistant Research Scientist at the Center for Mind and Brain, UC Davis. Her research has focused on delineating pathophysiology and genetic underpinnings of neurodevelopmental disorders through studies of oculomotor, visual sensory and cognitive impairments with a wide range of techniques including laboratory psychophysics, eye movement analysis, functional MRI and dense-array electroencephalography. Her current research focuses on investigating neurophysiological correlates of executive function impairments in autism spectrum disorders.
