Life insurance premiums are allowed under any of the following circumstances:
- The premium is a condition of court action in a marital separation case
- The policy was in effect at the time of admission to UC Davis
- You are a parent (married or single) with custody of children
Submit a copy of the policy or other papers providing proof of the condition and the amount of the premium to the director of the health system financial aid office.
