The college has recruited faculty from a wide variety of specialties with a varied interest. By using the family model, the college has tried to foster personal relationships between students and faculty. Using this small group format, students have the opportunity to quarry faculty and upper class students in an informal and confidential format on both career and personal advice. The college family was designed to provide each student an internal and confidential support system.
