GMS 417 Arrayer
The Genetic Microsystems 417 Arrayer is capable of spotting up to 42 treated microscope slides simultaneously, using cDNA or oligonucleotide solutions, or other substrates, in a 96 or 384-well microtitre plate format. The array pattern, spot density, and number of replicates are user defined. Investigators are invited to utilize the GMS 417 Arrayer by reserving a date and time on the calendar (link) page. Affymetrix 428 Array Scanner
The Affymetrix 428 Array Scanner is a digital confocal laser scanning epifluorescent microscope for viewing fluorescent-dye tagged samples on slides. The scanner is equipped with a 532nm and a 635nm laser and converts laser-induced fluorescence into gray-scaled binary data or false-colored data.
