WGEA Conference Registration

Thank you for your interest in attending the 2010 AAMC Western Regional Conference.

1) Conference Registration - ** Please complete the online registration page.**

  • Conference Registration Fee
$250.00
  • Late Conference Registration (after March 15) and On-Site Registration
$290.00
  • Student Fee (will need to show your student ID at door)
$125.00
  • Resident/Housestaff Fee (please register as a "student" on the form)
$125.00
  • Off site facility fee for those not staying at Asilomar Conference Facility. If you plan to have your meals at Asilomar, please email Debra Patterson at debra.patterson@ucdmc.ucdavis.edu and let her know which days you will attend the conference and which meals you would like ordered for you.  If meals are not ordered in advance through Debra, the conference center may not order enough food. Meal prices are: 1)  breakfast - $10.00  2) Lunch - $11.00 3) Dinner - $18.00.  Please be prepared to pay for these meals when you check in for conference registration at Asilomar.

2) Asilomar Lodging Reservation Registration - Please download and complete the 
housing reservation form (unless you are staying offsite). The housing registration deadline for Asilomar is February 20, 2010.

 3) Conference Submissions - Deadline for conference submissions is Feb.1, 2010.
