The WGEA educational community joined together this spring at Asilomar to share model programs, curricular innovations and lessons learned as we strive for excellence in education and medical care.  The pre-conference program included workshops, meetings of special interest groups, and a special panel on PRIME programs. The conference program featured excellent plenary speakers, a special GME focus session on Patient Safety, Quality Improvement and Education, workshops, panels, oral presentations, and poster sessions.
