Heather Young, Ph.D., R.N., F.A.A.N., a nurse leader, educator and scientist, serves as Associate Vice Chancellor for Nursing and Dean for the Betty Irene Moore School of Nursing at UC Davis. Young is a nationally recognized expert in gerontological nursing and rural health.
