Mission Statement
The Division of Nephrology is recognized for its excellence in patient care, medical education, basic and clinical research, and service to the community. The division has received multiple awards for its teaching and research activities. The mission statement of the Division closely reflects that of the UC Davis Health System in its vision for academic medicine.
Additional clinical and research facilities include the Genome and Biomedical Sciences Facility located at the University campus in Davis, the Mather Veterans Affairs Hospital at Rancho Cordova and Sacramento dialysis centers.
