Administrative Core
The Administrative Core of the Center is located at UC Davis Health System in the Patient Support Services Building, Suite G500 under the direction of Dr. Richard Pollard and the Division of Infectious Diseases of UC Davis. The Administrative Core is responsible for the entire oversight and evaluation of the Center.
The mission of the Administrative Core is to manage and develop the Center as a multi-institutional program that develops Core resources and support the Center members in AIDS-related research activities.
The administrative core carries out all policy and program decisions and reports to core leaders, Internal Advisory Committee [link to IAC page], Community Advisory Board [link to CAB page] and The University of California Office of the President Universitywide AIDS Research Program [link to http://uarp.ucop.edu/]. Specific activities and responsibilities include fiscal management, performing regulatory and reporting functions, database and website maintenance, statistical support and organization of all activities and meetings.
The outcomes evaluation is carried out under the auspices of the Administrative Core.
