Lisa Madden, C-TAGME, is the Residency Program Administrator for the Department of Internal Medicine and is certified as a Training Administrator of Graduate Medical Education (TAGME).  With 20 years of graduate medical education, she spent 15 of  those years working for the UC Davis Plastic Surgery Residency Program.  Lisa has extensive knowledge on issues ranging from residency accreditation, curriculum development, and program administration which have led her to speak nationally as well as co-write the exam for plastic surgery program administrators to become TAGME certified. Currently, Lisa’s interests lie in quality improvement, specifically in the areas of  improving resident diversity to meet patient care and learning environment needs,  improving resident work environments and improving the quality and timeliness of which resident receive feedback (written/verbal).


Lisa’s personal interests include spending time with family and friends, ice hockey, and live music.
