1. Click on or enter the website address.
   
   
2. A "Log On" screen will appear asking for the employee to enter their employee i.d. number and last name (the i.d. humber is found on the front of your ID Photo Badge).
   
   
3. Workplace Answers screen will appear. Under the Quick Links (left side of screen) click on "Take Your Courses."
   
   
4. "Workplace Answers Course Delivery" screen will appear. Click on "UC Ethics Briefing". You will proceed to take the training.
   
   
5. At the conclusion of the on-line briefing, you must print your certificate. This is your only proof of completion.
