Flu Vaccination Schedule 2007-08 Season

Employee Health Service – Cypress Bldg. Suite “A” Clinic will provide Flu vaccine from 7:00 through 3:30 Monday through Friday.  There are 2 Flu Rallies:  October 25th in the PSSB Courtyard from 11:30AM to 2 PM and October 26th at the Medical Education Bldg from 11:30AM to 2 PM.

Start Date to begin vaccination on your unit or clinic begins November the first.  Please not dates that Employee Health will be vaccinating ancillary staff.

November 5th will be our first “Drive through”  located on Nurses way.  Time starts at 6 AM through 9 AM. You will be offered your choice of coffee or orange juice to jump start your day !


EHS will continue to offer vaccine through December and January 31st or until vaccine has been depleted.  Remember each week on Friday to call in your percentage rate of employees vaccinated by 2 PM.  What week will you be a winner!  All ancillary departments who are tracking their staff need to call in each week too – You have not been excluded from the competition.
