The UC Davis Health System Benefits Unit participates in the University of California's systemwide development and locally administers the UC Group Insurance programs including: UCRP Regular and Long Term Disability Retirement; Buyback and Service Credit Verification Requests; UCRP Investment Options; medical, dental, vision, and legal coverages; Supplemental Disability Program; supplemental life, dependent life, and AD and D insurances; COBRA continuation; Flexible Spending Accounts (HCRA and DepCare). A variety of presentations are available for faculty and staff including new employee orientations and maternity, investment and retirement classes.
