• This is an online course requiring an e-mail address, access to a computer and the Internet.  To register,  you must submit two application forms and the course fee of $100.  Please make checks or money orders payable to Old Marshall Adult Education.  It is important to include your telephone number and driver's license number on your check.   
• Your applications and payment  must be received prior to the acceptance deadline of August 1, 2009. Spaces are limited, register early.

For acceptance into "Anatomy & Physiology," a transcript demonstrating successful completion of "Medical Terminology" or proof of passing the UC Davis Health System's medical terminology challenge exam must accompany your registration form. If one or the other does not accompany your registration form, the form will be returned to you.
