UC Davis Medical Group patients have the option of using a secure and confidential Internet service to communicate with our doctor's offices and clinics.

Created in partnership with RelayHealth, this Web-based system is a convenient way for you to request information, complete routine tasks and ask non-urgent, medical questions. It can save you time on the phone and might even save you a trip to your doctor's office.

Our service allows you to...

• Schedule or cancel appointments
• Refill your prescriptions 
• Request a referral
• Send a brief note to your doctor or doctor's office
• Communicate on behalf of your children or others in your care

Our online service also allows you register on behalf of children or other family members. If you are a parent or caregiver, you can register yourself and then obtain approval to set up a communications account that will allow you to use the messaging service on behalf of others.
