International Medical Graduate (IMG) Requirements
Prerequisite Courses
If any applicant's prerequisite courses were completed at a college, university or medical school outside of the United States or Canada, the following (4) courses must be retaken at a U.S. accredited college. No FNP/PA Program courses will be waived for completion of similar courses in medical school.
- English composition
any college composition course that meets the baccalaureate requirement, excluding ESL courses. - Cultural anthropology, or sociology or psychology
two semester units or three quarter units - Human anatomy (with lab) or Human physiology (with lab) or Microbiology (with lab).
- Algebra*
any level of algebra will meet the math requirement with the exception of pre-algebra.
*A statistics course taken in the U.S. will also meet the math requirement.
Transcript Evaluation Services
The program requires: (1) official copies of all transcripts; and (2) a professional transcript evaluation by an independent educational evaluating service. The program will only accept evaluations from the following two services:

The report must include a degree equivalent evaluation and course-by-course equivalent evaluation. An original, sealed report must be submitted with the application.
