Prospective students who apply to the UC Davis FNP/PA Program for the Class entering 2011 must do so via the Central Application Service for Physician Assistants (CASPA). This is a web-based application service and our application is available beginning April 15th, 2010.  The deadline is October 1st. We consider the date applicants submitted the application when we look to see if the application deadline has been met.  It is to your advantage to ensure that your transcripts and references arrive promptly to CASPA; you should be proactively tracking your progress through the CASPA Portal.  Based on this year's overwhelming applicant pool, you are strongly encouraged to apply EARLY.

Due to the high volume of applications, we are unable to respond to individual inquiries regarding the status of applications.

Although CASPA is identified as an application processing service for physician assistant programs, CASPA will also be processing our FNP applications.  

All FNP applicants must submit their applications through CASPA.  Once the program receives your application, we will contact you directly regarding your identification as an NP applicant.

Due to the new application process through CASPA, reapplicants must submit an entirely new application along with all supporting documents.  Applicants will no longer be able to "reactivate" references or transcripts.
