Clinical CareMedical Toxicology Fellowship Application Information
Application Requirements
- Physicians who have completed residency training in emergency medicine, internal medicine,
occupational medicine, and pediatrics - Board certified or board eligible in respective specialty
- Fellowship appointment is contingent upon obtaining both a California Medical License and DEA License.
To officially apply for the UC Davis Medical Toxicology fellowship, please submit the following documents:
- Letter of Intent
- Current CV
- 3 Letters of Recommendation
