Maxwell Fung, M.D.
Dr. Fung wears two patient care hats: one as a dermatologist who sees patients in the clinic, and the other as a pathologist who interprets skin biopsy specimens. His clinical interests include the evaluation and management of stubborn itchy rashes that elude conventional classification or response to conventional therapy such as "itchy red bump" disease. He also evaluates and manages cutaneous lymphoproliferative disorders such as mycosis fungoides and lymphomatoid papulosis. His research activities include clinical-pathologic correlation of inflammatory skin disorders as well as diagnosis and management of atypical moles (dysplastic nevi) and cutaneous lymphoproliferative disorders.
