Kent Anderson is the lead manager for the CTSC Informatics program. He can be reached at (916) 703-9123. Mr. Anderson and his staff provide the following services at the CSTC:
- secure infrastructure for data collection, storage, retrieval, backup and manipulation
- consultation and analysis of informatics needs for investigators
- assistance for investigators in choosing and designing methodologies for capturing and entering their research data into computer databases
- assistance for investigators in choosing and using tools to enable remote collaboration and communication
- database and informatics training for researchers and staff
- assistance for investigators in establishing connections to the CCRC
- multimedia training library development and maintenance
- assistance for investigators in using CTSC technical and educational resources
