California Telehealth Network: Vendor/Bidder Information Source

This site will serve as the principal source for documents and information related to RFP’s and related public documents released by the CTN. It will contain information and communications to assist Bidders in preparing responsive proposals. The following information is available:

  1. Listing of all RFP’s that have been issued by CTN, together with release date and proposal submission due date. Under each RFP link, the following information will be found:
    1. Electronic Documents – RFP’s and associated documents available for download.
    2. Information Updates (e.g., RFP addenda) – Bidders should regularly check this site for the latest information regarding an active CTN RFP process.
    3. Question and Answer Section – Bidders may submit questions and requests for clarification during the RFP Open Comment period, as specified within the “Bidder’s Instructions” Section, of each RFP. Submitted questions and associated answers will be posted at this site on a regular basis during the Open Comment period of the RFP process. No information identifying the original submitter of the question will be displayed.
  2. Announcements or information from official sources (USAC, FCC, etc.) that affect the CTN RFP process, or that possibly affect Bidder and Vendor interactions with the CTN program.

Official CTN Postings
Bidders and Vendors should be aware that for regulatory purposes, various CTN documents are also posted on certain federal government Web Sites, including:

  1. Federal Communications Commission Docket
  2. Universal Services Administrative Company, Rural Health Care Pilot Program Web site.

CTN will publish certain documents there as required under program regulations and will submit those documents in the format required by the respective agencies. The contents of the document sets are identical, regardless of where posted; however, the documents posted at the FCC and USAC sites are not necessarily in the proper document format for preparation of responsive RFP proposals to CTN!

The documents available at this site should be considered the authoritative documents to be used for preparation of responsive RFP proposals.
