NOTICE: California Telehealth Network Consortium Action Regarding the FCC Rural Health Care Pilot Program

The California Telehealth Network Consortium (CTN-C) is withdrawing the formal submission  to Universal Services Administrative Company (USAC)  for funding during the Funding Year 2008-2009 of the FCC Rural Health Care Pilot Profram (Form 465 and associated documents, including CTN RFP #2008-001). This action is being taken for administrative purposes as well as to include additional Participant Sites that have enrolled in the CTN after the original Form 465 was posted in December, 2008. It in no way negatively reflects upon the quality or responsiveness of the proposals that have been submitted for CTN RFP #2008-001.  It is the intention of the CTN-C to refile a Form 465 in the immediate future, effective for Funding Year 2009 - 2010 .

CTN-C will be issuing a modified RFP accompanying the upcoming Form 465 posting. The principal difference between the new RFP and the previously issued RFP will be the inclusion of approximately 130 additional Participant Sites. There will be abbreviated proposal requirements for those Bidders that submitted responsive proposals to CTN RFP #2008-001.

Please note that CTN-C will continue to issue a single award for the entire complement of services requested - no split awards will be made.

A tentative list of the additional sites that will be included in the reissued Form 465 posting (also included in the new RFP) are posted via a weblink from the RFP announcements webpage.
