The Introduction to Pediatric Congenital Heart Disease is the introductory class in a series of classes on Pediatric Congenital Heart Disease and Pediatric Cardiac Surgery. This course is designed for all health-care professionals interested in pediatric congenital heart disease.

• Review of normal heart anatomy and function
• Congestive heart failure in the pediatric population
• Low cardiac output syndrome
• ECG analysis
• Acquired heart diseases
• Basics of cyanotic and acyanotic congenital heart defects

Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, provider number CEP 26, for 7.0 contact hours.

Attendees will not receive C.E. credit if they are more than 20 minutes late; no partial credit can be awarded.

$70 registration fee. Cancellation must be requested five days prior to class date to receive a full refund. A $25 service fee will be charged after this date.
