This class will help you identify your leadership strengths and talents and explore how to leverage your strengths when initiating and managing organizational change. Course participants will receive a personalized strengths assessment and receive a copy of the book “Now, Discover Your Strengths” by Tom Rath and Marucs Buckingham.
Prior to the class date, please pick up your book at our office in the Broadway Building. The book will have a unique access code to the Clifton StrengthsFinder assessment and website (listed in the back of the book). Please take the assessment prior to the class date. Print off your StrengthsFinder assessment findings and bring your personal results to the class.
C.E. contact hours
Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, provider number CEP 26, for 5.25 contact hours.
The University of California, Davis Medical Center is accredited as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
Attendees will not receive C.E. credit if they are more than 20 minutes late; no partial credit can be awarded.

$45 registration fee.
This class is for UC Davis Health System employees only. Registration is limited to Emerging Nurse Leaders (ENL) and ENL mentors.
Cancellation must be requested fourteen days prior to class to receive a full refund. A $25 service fee will be charged after this date. A $35 materials fee will be assessed if the textbook has been given to the registrant.

Parking is available in lot 25 on 50th Street adjacent to the MIND Institute. Park with a UC Davis parking permit, or purchase a daily permit for $6.
Gene Crumley is a member of the School of Veterinary Medicine and the department chair for Business & Leadership at UC Davis Extension. Prior to joining UC Davis Extension in 1996, Crumley served as the associate director of development for Habitat for Humanity International. Crumley is a graduate of UC Davis and San Francisco Theological Seminary.
